A Positive Cruise Prep Stay
ample parking good selection
I booked parking at this hotel for twelve nights. It was included with my one night reservation before my cruise. The breakfast provided many good selections. I also dined at the Bella Italia restaurant. The service was lovely.

A Satisfactory Stay
wide selection reasonable price narrow bed hard pillows
The breakfast service had a wide selection and was appreciated. The restaurant provided a very good and reasonably priced evening meal. It removed the need to go elsewhere. The service in the restaurant was also good.
The double bed was narrow and uncomfortable. The duvet was only as wide as the bed, though the cover was a bigger size. The flat, hard pillows did not help a good night's sleep. ALL need upgrading urgently.

a satisfactory stay
nespresso machine king room small toilet missing fridge
the room was totally nice, i stayed in a standard king room. it had everything i needed, especially the nespresso machine. that was a great touch, i used it all the time!
the room i was in felt a bit old and the toilet was small. i was also missing a fridge, i wish i had a fridge. the space also felt small.

helpful staff quick response convenient restaurant nearby station
The staff were helpful! They accommodated my requests quickly. I appreciated the Bella Italia restaurant being right in the hotel. It was very convenient. I also noticed a few petrol stations nearby, a definite plus.
The TV in the room seemed rather small considering the room's size

The room was clean and well-equipped. The Italian restaurant offered very good service. The hotel bar prices seemed reasonable (considering the location).
The bath was very slippery. I nearly fell. A rubber mat is provided, and its use is essential. This could easily be resolved with a more effective anti-slip solution.

excellent meal comfortable bed free parking
The onsite restaurant offered an excellent meal, so the dining experience was very convenient. My room included a comfortable bed and necessary amenities for a restful stay. The hotel provided free parking, very helpful.
My room was located on the ground floor, so there was some noise from the car park at night.

bed hair double yellow lines
the blackout curtains did their job. i got some sleep, i guess.
i found hair in the bed sheets. it felt unclean. the staff suggested i park on double yellow lines because the car park was full of idiots. they assured me nothing, just what i needed.
